SPECIALIST CHEESEMAKERS' ASSOCIATION

Offers guidance and advice on all aspects of specialist cheesemaking. The SCA encourages members to work with enforcement officers in a spirit of co-operation, with the common objective of producing cheeses which are of excellent eating quality, nutritional, and contribute to a healthy diet.

The SCA offers an informal procedure in the event of disagreement between a member and an enforcement officer. Contact with the SCA at an early stage is advised with a view to solving the problem.
